Rouse was one Kura's few attempts to help Kovlyn be reborn into modern day. The woman was a humanoid made completely from flame. For may years she grew with Kura as a friend, child and weapon, Kura being able to perfect her magical qualities and charge them to manipulate Rouse to fight along side her.
Personality wise, Rouse acted like a innocent child who would bark at every bone. She would listen to orders from those she deemed higher than her status as a mere summon. This often led to her getting abused and manipulated. After time, she began learning right from wrong and became more humain.
Developing romance was another of Rouse's discoveries. and when it came down to the Naga, Akira-Hebi Uxmishi, she grew curious and wanting off more. Though she developed multiple feelings of confusion, she soon felt lost and abandoned when he left the Septimo. She became very reliant on best friend Okami. Over time she became close to the kitsune, and even though her feelings were not romantic, the pair saw each other as soul-mates.
Upon the wishes or paradise realm, Okami wished for Rouse to become mortal. In doing do she developed a more human form. The two then left Septimo to explore the wonders of Morpheus as a pair. And although it is unsaid what became of them, they are content with the wonders of the world, together.
